These are a variety of pictures that have been taken of myself over the last 10 years. The two pictures of myself posing were taken during the Body for Life competition in 2001. The black and white picture was taken recently ("10 years later"). I've been able to maintain a lot of my strength and size which is due to continuous training. The casual shot was taken in 2004 while working in South Korea.
